Following the success of our 2024 event in San Antonio, we’re taking things to the next level in Tampa. The IHOA continues its mission of supporting Ice House America owners through education, networking, and shared best practices—with the goal of maximizing profitability and strengthening our community.

Thursday, February 5th
Registration opens in the morning. Early bird workshops begin in the afternoon.
Thursday evening: Kick off the weekend with our Opening Ceremonies and Vendor Show from 2:00–9:00 PM. Enjoy food, drinks and a chance to meet vendors and fellow owners from across the country.. Titanium, Platinum, and Gold sponsors will each present for 10 minutes during this session.

Friday, February 6th
Full day of expert-led classes and breakout sessions.
Luncheon: Savor Florida’s flavors with a catered lunch from a top local restaurant.
Engage in discussions, learn from industry leaders, seasoned ice house owners and sponsor representatives.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Q: Does every conference registrant have to be a registered member of the IHOA?
A: No. At least one membership is required when registering for the conference, but multiple registrants can be added as guests.
2. Q: How do I add another person that can attend classes?
A: When doing your Owner Member Attending Registration, it gives you the option to add a guest.
3. Q: What is the difference between a guest and a Social Hour Guest?
A: A Social Hour guest cannot attend classes, but they are welcome and encouraged to attend our lunch and social events.
2. Q: Why can't I add a social hour guest yet? The site won't let me.
A: You must complete and pay for class attending registrations before you can register Social Hour Guest registrations. It requires an additional transaction.
