I am new to the Ice business and am looking for affordable insurance.

My Lease agreement states I need ....

A) Insurance for all equipment and site improvements

B) General Liability for bodily injury, death, property damage, for not less         then $2,000.00 per occurrence.

C) Workers comp will be "exempt" due to no employees.

Does the above sound correct for what I need?

Who do you use for this coverage & what is annual fee??
